This wonderfully photographed little handbook provides a visual history for 350 of the most famous and unknown semi-acoustic and solid-body electric guitars ever built. The accompanying text is succinct and informative and gives you everything you need in a reference source.

Fender, Gibson, Aria, PRS, Rickenbacker, and other big-time companies are represented alongside less recognizable names like Watkins, Albanus and Guyatone. Each instrument is detailed by model, year and production years, and auxiliary paragraphs describing the brief history of the piece.

Jawbone Press are the masters of presenting these types of wonderfully illustrated bibles about the electric guitar. In fact, Classic Electrics is a sampling of the best sections of several of their other titles.
